Comedian : Jimmy Cricket
From Belfast, Jimmy has taken his act all over the world most recently appearing in Missouri, America to great success.
As a child he would go with his father to the Grand Opera House in Belfast to see stars such as Lonnie Donegan, Max Bygraves and Dave Whitfield.
His own entrance into show business came from a visit to a holiday camp and later as a Red Coat.
In 1981 he appeared on LWT's 'Search for a Star".
Further success on television and radio followed with productions for Central television and the BBC.
Since 1983 he has headlined more than 22 pantomime productions in the UK this year performing in Lichfield as Aladdin
